Kosovo Camp

Kosovo Camp is a high-altitude summit camp on Mount Kilimanjaro, located slightly above Barafu Camp along the Machame and Lemosho routes. Positioned closer to the summit, it offers climbers a strategic advantage by shortening the distance to Uhuru Peak on summit night.

This remote and less crowded camp provides a quieter environment compared to Barafu, allowing for better rest and preparation before the final ascent. However, due to its higher elevation, conditions are colder and more demanding, making proper acclimatisation essential.
